SOLVY Card™ — Cardholder Agreement

Effective Date: April 30, 2026

Important: This Cardholder Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Cardholder") and SA Nathan LLC ("SOLVY," "we," "us"). Your SOLVY Card™ is issued by Thread Bank, Member FDIC, through our partnership with Unit.co. Please read this Agreement carefully before using your card.

1. Card Issuance

Thread Bank issues the SOLVY Card™ pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. The card is a debit card linked to your deposit account at Thread Bank. SA Nathan LLC administers the card program and member services.

8. Lost or Stolen Cards

If your card is lost or stolen:

You are not liable for unauthorized transactions if you report them promptly. Your liability is limited to $0 if reported within 2 business days, and up to $50 if reported within 60 days.

As a cooperative member, you are entitled to patronage dividends based on your card usage:

Dividends are calculated annually and distributed based on your proportional share of interchange revenue generated by your transactions.
