Important: This Cardholder Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Cardholder") and SA Nathan LLC ("SOLVY," "we," "us"). Your SOLVY Card™ is issued by Thread Bank, Member FDIC, through our partnership with Unit.co. Please read this Agreement carefully before using your card.
1. Card Issuance
Thread Bank issues the SOLVY Card™ pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. The card is a debit card linked to your deposit account at Thread Bank. SA Nathan LLC administers the card program and member services.
2. Card Types
We offer two card types:
- Virtual Card: Digital-only card for online and in-app purchases. Available instantly upon account approval.
- Physical Card: EMV chip-enabled card for in-person purchases, ATM withdrawals, and contactless payments. Shipped to your address.
3. Activating Your Card
- Virtual Card: Activated automatically upon account approval
- Physical Card: Activate via the SOLVY app or by calling the number on the card sticker
4. PIN
You will select a Personal Identification Number (PIN) during card activation. Do not share your PIN. You are responsible for all transactions made with your PIN.
5. Using Your Card
You may use your card for:
- Purchases at merchants that accept Visa debit cards
- Online and mobile app purchases
- ATM cash withdrawals (fee may apply for out-of-network ATMs)
- Contactless payments (tap-to-pay)
- Peer-to-peer transfers to other SOLVY members
6. Transaction Limits
Default daily limits (subject to change based on account standing):
- Purchases: $5,000 per day
- ATM withdrawals: $1,000 per day
- Peer-to-peer transfers: $2,500 per day

8. Lost or Stolen Cards
If your card is lost or stolen:
- Immediately freeze your card in the SOLVY app

You are not liable for unauthorized transactions if you report them promptly. Your liability is limited to $0 if reported within 2 business days, and up to $50 if reported within 60 days.
9. Disputes and Chargebacks
To dispute a transaction:
- Contact the merchant first to resolve
- If unresolved, submit a dispute via the SOLVY app or email support@ebl.beauty within 60 days
- Provide transaction details and reason for dispute
- We will investigate and respond within 10 business days
10. Member Dividends
As a cooperative member, you are entitled to patronage dividends based on your card usage:
- 70% — Distributed to members as patronage dividends
- 20% — Community development pool
- 10% — Operations reserve
Dividends are calculated annually and distributed based on your proportional share of interchange revenue generated by your transactions.
11. Account Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure:
- Any remaining balance will be returned to you via ACH transfer
- Outstanding disputes will be resolved before final payment
- Your physical card must be destroyed
- Membership rights terminate (no future dividend eligibility)
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal banking regulations.
